By enrolling in the Physical Therapy Technician Online Certification Program through USA Standard – Professional Medical Training Institute (PMTI), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Students must be at least 17 years of age and must have either completed or be actively pursuing a high school diploma or GED. Students must also have sufficient English language proficiency to complete coursework delivered in English.

2. Technology Requirements:
Students must have access to a laptop or desktop computer with either Windows 10 or later, or macOS 11.0 (Big Sur) or later. Chromebooks are not compatible with course or exam software. A reliable internet connection is required to access course content, including video lectures, digital study guides, audio lessons, quizzes, and interactive games. While a smartphone is optional, it can be used to access study materials and complete practice activities.

For the certification exam, students must test in a private, quiet, and well-lit space. The computer used must have a working webcam (minimum 640x480 resolution), a functioning microphone, and be capable of installing the Guardian Secure Exam Browser or browser extension. Internet speed must be at least 3 Mbps for both upload and download, with a wired connection recommended. A valid photo ID is required for identity verification. No phones, tablets, smartwatches, or additional monitors may be present during the exam. Students must complete a system check prior to testing to ensure compatibility. 

3. Certification Exam Access:
Your tuition includes the AMCA Physical Therapy Technician Certification Exam. Students must complete the course and take the exam within one year of initial training completion. If a student is unsuccessful after three attempts, a new enrollment will be required after a 1-year waiting period from the first attempt.

4. Course Access and Duration:
Upon enrollment and payment, students receive immediate access to the online learning portal. The course is self-paced, with an average completion timeline of 4–6 weeks, but students may take up to 6 months to finish. Continued access to instructor support and exam preparation is provided throughout.

5. Refunds and Withdrawals:

Students are eligible for a full refund at any time before completing the post-test for Module 3. Once Module 4 is accessed, the refund period ends. This policy ensures that students have a fair opportunity to explore the course, review materials, and engage with instructors before fully committing—while also protecting the integrity of our proprietary content.

7. Consent for Minors:
For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent by completing the Student Registration Form. Enrollment is not considered valid without this signed acknowledgment.

8. Certification Disclaimer:
PMTI provides all instructional content and resources necessary to prepare students for the AMCA Physical Therapy Technician Certification Exam. However, certification is awarded by AMCA upon successful completion of their requirements. PMTI does not guarantee certification or employment outcomes.
